">Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in the industry sector.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive new business and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing models and promotional offers.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, opportunities, and results to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Education: 12th and Graduation
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and client needs, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time-management skills, willingness to travel as needed.
