About the Job:

The Plant Quality Head is responsible for overseeing and driving quality management systems within a manufacturing plant. This key position ensures all products meet required standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with organizational goals.">
  • Lead a team of quality professionals, mentoring them to ensure high performance and compliance with quality standards.">
  • Monitor production processes and product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.">
  • Conduct regular audits of the quality management system and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.">
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.">
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.">
  • Stay current with industry trends, compliance regulations, and best practices in quality management.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is an asset.">
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the same industry.">
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).">
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.">
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and statistical software, as well as quality management software.">
