Job Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for driving quality and excellence in our software delivery process.

The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of quality processes and methodologies to develop strategies that accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in performance testing, strong understanding of various tools and frameworks, experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies, ability to analyze results and provide actionable insights, familiarity with application lifecycle management and quality assurance best practices, and good to have LoadRunner skillset.

In this role, the candidate will be expected to be an expert, collaborate and manage the team to deliver high-quality solutions, make key decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute on strategic decisions, provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams, facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team, and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
