Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned engineering executive to spearhead our next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping the engineering organization, growing exceptional leaders, and ensuring the company's technical direction delivers high-impact, high-quality software at scale.

The ideal candidate will own the engineering strategy, grow and coach managers and technical leads, and embed AI-native thinking into the way the organization works and ships.

  • Oversight of the long-term engineering strategy across infrastructure, data, AI, and product engineering.
  • Building and leading a high-performing engineering team - hiring, growing, and coaching managers and technical leads.
  • Driving company-wide AI adoption and achieving 50x+ organizational impact through AI-enabled productivity, delivery acceleration, and innovation.
  • Setting a high bar for organizational execution and delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Providing strategic clarity and guardrails for complex, high-stakes decisions.
  • Driving technical alignment across the organization and ensuring architectural principles, quality standards, and AI-first patterns are consistently applied by all teams.
  • Designing for 10x scale and ensuring systems are resilient, secure, cost-optimized, and ready for real-time use cases.
  • Championing a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and high accountability.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and technical leads.
  • Proven success in scaling high-performing engineering organizations in product-led environments.
  • Deep understanding of modern system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and data-intensive applications.
  • Hands-on understanding of AI/ML systems and LLM architecture.
  • Ability to think in bets, influence executive decision-making, and balance long-term technical health with near-term business needs.
  • Skilled communicator and cross-functional influencer — clear, direct, and inspiring.
  • Passion for mentorship, culture-building, and leading through leaders.
