About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple customer support requests simultaneously.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues: Work with customers to diagnose and resolve their issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining response speed: Maintain response speed as defined by Service Level Objective (SLO).
  • Providing regular updates: Provide customers with regular updates on bug progress using available tools.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Proficient typing skills: Proficient typing skills (60-80 WPM) to manage multiple customer support requests quickly.
  • Experience in troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues using SOP documents.
  • Knowledge of support methodologies: Knowledge of support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills to break down issues.
