Job Title: Transformational Leader

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in managing change, with exposure to business transformation initiatives. They will have prior experience working on projects either technically or strategically, and relevant experience in multiple phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk and compliance as part of the role, taking personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance matters.
  • Contribute to a culture where all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed.
  • Support Senior Manager in driving process definition and implementation end-to-end.
  • Deliver key implementation artefacts, including transition strategies, risk assessment papers, and process governance papers.
  • Ensure all key deliverables are thought through, understood across impacted stakeholder groups, and implementable in Business As Usual (BAU).
  • Develop/support development of change management strategy and approach in alignment with assigned Programme, departmental, and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in managing various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving / analytical skills.
  • Able to take ownership of issues/tasks and apply data management best practices.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • High level of attention to detail, patient, meticulous, and logical in work, and capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and self-manage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
