Job Description\

As a Senior Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, from planning to delivery. Your primary goal is to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in production management, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.

  • Leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities\
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude\
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and collaboration\
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals\
  • Strong focus on quality assurance, inventory control, and efficiency enhancement\
  • Skilled in production planning, resource management, and cost control\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Certifications in relevant areas, such as Lean Six Sigma or project management\
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field\
  • Master's degree preferred\
  • PMP certification a plus\
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal)\
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry trends and technologies\
