Job Title: Curriculum Operations Lead

As a senior manager in curriculum operations, you will oversee the efficient delivery of curriculum across various programs.

  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for curriculum rollout, updates, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Deployment and Operations Management:
  • Design efficient workflows for curriculum deployment across different learning platforms and formats.
  • Establish quality benchmarks and conduct regular audits to ensure consistent standards.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
Process Optimization and Scalability:
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline curriculum delivery.
  • Design scalable processes that can accommodate growth in course offerings and student numbers.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Resource Management:
  • Coordinate with curriculum developers, technical teams, and instructors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support curriculum operations and meet delivery timelines.
Data-driven Operational Improvements:
  • Track key operational metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on operational insights and learner feedback.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
