Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in all aspects of food production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, controlling waste, and implementing efficient procedures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including chefs, cooks, and support staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
