
Channel Partner Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced analyst to support our channel partner ecosystem. This role will provide broad-based operational support to our NextWave partner program by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for the NextWave partner program, including responding to inbound requests and ensuring accurate partner program compliance data.
- Act as liaison for the Global Ecosystem Operations team with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
- Lead and support the defining, implementation, and enablement of business process improvements.
- Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Additionally, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and proficiency in G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC is necessary. Demonstrate experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process and being accountable to stakeholders.
