Job Overview

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead channel partner growth and success in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster relationships, and leverage your expertise to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new channel partners, expanding our network through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Strengthen our sales presence by building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and real estate agents, serving as the primary point of contact for all partners and providing them with support and resources to succeed.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database through partner interactions, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Sales Team to optimize client meetings, managing daily communication with partners to identify opportunities for meetings and scheduling/coordinating meetings between clients and the team.
  • Ensure channel partners are actively engaged in sourcing activities, developing strategies to keep partners motivated and engaged in lead generation, and monitoring the quality and quantity of leads generated by partners.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; specialization in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and construction industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
