Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AI-native roadmap from SaaS to Payroll + Fintech OS
  • Architect the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases)
  • Build fintech and insurance integrations at payroll scale
  • Drive engagement-led growth, enabling intelligent cross-sell of financial products
  • Ensure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll + financial services
  • Build and mentor a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech organization
  • Partner with the CEO on vision, growth, and strategy
  • Develop and implement AI development strategies
