We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Operations Manager to lead our payroll services team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, you will oversee the entire payroll process, from data collection and processing to payment and reporting. You will work closely with our HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll services into our overall business operations.

You will also be responsible for managing and developing our payroll staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to payroll operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll process, including data collection, processing, and payment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor laws
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll operations
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll services into overall business operations
  • Provide training and guidance to payroll staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality payroll services and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems, with knowledge of payroll best practices
