We are seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits according to local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather payroll data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
  • Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory requirements.

About the Role

• Manage global payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payment of wages and benefits.

• Coordinate with departments to gather payroll data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.

• Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.

• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

• Years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.

• Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.

• Proficiency in payroll software and systems, MS Excel, and strong analytical skills.
