Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Payroll & HR Shared Services Manager to lead our North American payroll operations and HR administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery across the region.

About the Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all North American employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and upgrade payroll systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate and manage payroll reports, including tax filings and benefit deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payscale Management:
      - Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all North American employees.
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
      - Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
      - Stay current with evolving payroll regulations across North America.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in North American payroll and compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing payroll across multiple states/provinces.
  • Expertise in payroll systems and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in team management and development.
