Payroll Operations Manager

The Global Payroll Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, and Asia.
">Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly.
- Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
