We're building India's first AI-powered payroll and fintech platform. With a profitable SaaS foundation, we're now transitioning to an AI-first approach, embedding automation, compliance, financial services, and insurance into one intelligent platform for India's 63 million SMBs.

Our vision is to create a deeply engaged platform of SMBs and employees where payroll is just the entry point. From there, we'll cross-sell tailored financial products – loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance – making us the default workplace and financial OS for India.

  • Lead the AI-native roadmap from SaaS to Payroll + Fintech OS.
  • Architect the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs).
  • Build fintech and insurance integrations at payroll scale.
  • Drive engagement-led growth, enabling intelligent cross-selling of financial products.
  • E nsure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll and financial services.
  • Build and mentor a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech org.
What We're Looking For:

A visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) with 10+ years of startup experience and proven 0 → 1 → 100 scale. You'll have hands-on AI development experience (LLMs, ML infra, agentic workflows) and be willing to put skin in the game.
