We are building India's first intelligent payroll platform with embedded automation, compliance, and financial services.

Kredily powers 25,000+ businesses and 1 million+ employees. We are transitioning from software as a service to an AI-first payroll solution, embedding technology to serve the needs of India's 63 million small and medium-sized businesses.

We aim to create a deeply engaged platform for businesses and employees where payroll is just the starting point. From there, we will offer tailored financial products – loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance – making Kredily the default workplace and financial operating system for India.

Your role:

  • Lead the development of our AI-native platform from software as a service to a comprehensive payroll solution.
  • Design and build the technology stack (large language models, agent frameworks, vector databases).
  • Integrate fintech and insurance solutions at scale.
  • Drive growth through engagement-led strategies, enabling the cross-selling of financial products.
  • Ensure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll and financial services.
  • Build and mentor a world-class team in AI, software as a service, and fintech.
  • Partner with the CEO on vision, growth, and fundraising.

Requirements:

  • Top-tier educational background.
  • 10+ years of experience in startups with proven scale.
  • Hands-on experience in developing large language models and machine learning infrastructure.
  • Leadership experience in SaaS and fintech/insurance product development.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks.
