We are on a mission to revolutionize payroll and fintech in India. Our goal is to create a deeply engaged platform of SMBs and employees, where payroll is just the entry point for our users.

Our vision is to embed automation, compliance, financial services, and insurance into one intelligent platform for India's 63M SMBs.

We are looking for a visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead this transformation.

Your Role:

  • Lead the AI-native roadmap from SaaS → Payroll + Fintech OS.
  • Architect the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs).
  • Build fintech & insurance integrations at payroll scale.
  • Drive engagement-led growth, enabling intelligent cross-sell of financial products.
  • E nsure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll + financial services.
  • Build and mentor a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech org.
  • Partner with CEO on vision, growth & fundraising.

Requirements:

  • Top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent).
  • 10+ years startup experience with proven 0 → 1 → 100 scale.
  • Hands-on AI development (LLMs, ML infra, agentic workflows).
  • SaaS + Fintech/Insurance product leadership track record.
  • Willing to put skin in the game.
