Job Description

Our Journey:

  • From SaaS to AI-first Payroll + Fintech OS, we are pushing the boundaries of innovation and scalability.
  • With 25,000+ businesses and 1 million+ employees already on board, our foundation is strong, but we need your expertise to take it to the next level.
  • We aim to create a deeply engaged platform where payroll is just the starting point, and we cross-sell tailored financial products - loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance.

Your Role:

  • Lead the development of our AI-native roadmap from SaaS to Payroll + Fintech OS.
  • Design and architect the AI-first tech stack, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and vector DBs.
  • Integrate fintech and insurance capabilities at scale.
  • Drive engagement-led growth by enabling intelligent cross-selling of financial products.
  • Ensure trust, compliance, and data security across payroll and financial services.
  • Mentor and build a world-class team of experts in AI, SaaS, and Fintech.
  • Partner with our CEO on vision, growth, and fundraising strategies.

Requirements:

  • A top-tier educational background from institutions like IIT, IIM, or BITS.
  • At least 10 years of experience in startups, with a proven track record of scaling from 0 to 100.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, including LLMs, ML infrastructure, and agentic workflows.
  • A successful track record in product leadership, with expertise in SaaS and Fintech/Insurance products.
  • A willingness to invest personally in the company's success.
