Chief Product and Technology Officer

We're embarking on a groundbreaking journey to revolutionize payroll operations with AI-powered innovation.

With a strong foundation as a profitable SaaS company, we're now transitioning to an AI-first approach, integrating automation, compliance, financial services, and insurance into a single intelligent platform for India's 63 million Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).

Our vision is to build a deeply engaged ecosystem of SMBs and employees where Payroll serves as the entry point. From there, we aim to cross-sell tailored financial products - loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance - making us the default workplace and financial Operating System (OS) for India.

We seek a visionary Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead this transformation. As CPTO, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing the AI-native roadmap from SaaS to Payroll + Fintech OS
  • Designing the AI-first tech stack (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs)
  • Integrating Fintech and Insurance capabilities at payroll scale
  • Driving engagement-led growth, enabling intelligent cross-selling of financial products
  • Ensuring trust, compliance, and data security across payroll and financial services
  • Building and mentoring a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech organization
  • Partnering with our CEO on vision, growth, and fundraising

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of startup experience with proven 0 → 1 → 100 scale
  • Hands-on AI development expertise (LLMs, ML infrastructure, agentic workflows)
  • SaaS and Fintech/Insurance product leadership experience
  • Willingness to take ownership and contribute to our growth
