Key Account Professional

We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Chennai. This role will drive business success across India by managing corporate and trade partners, building relationships, and delivering revenue growth through strategic account management.

The Role:
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key corporate and trade accounts to maximise revenue and share.
  • Analyse market insights and data to shape commercial strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and implement bespoke deals that deliver value for both parties.
  • Identify and pursue new business, while upselling across the existing customer base.
  • Deliver impactful account reviews, training sessions, and events, both face-to-face and digitally.
  • Represent the company in the market, ensuring strong collaboration with partners and joint initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in field sales managing trade or corporate accounts, or 5 years in an airline operating environment.
  • Language skills relevant to the market are a plus.
