Lead a Dynamic Sales Team

We are seeking an accomplished City Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Gandhinagar.

This key position entails building and managing strategic alliances with medical professionals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or startup sectors, coupled with strong leadership skills and ability to manage large field sales teams or partner networks effectively.

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals. Additionally, you will drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options for patients and hospitals alike.

You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth lending operations and financial sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with doctors and hospitals.
  • Cultivate new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs and preferences.
  • Maintain effective communication with our team to ensure seamless lending operations.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
