About Senior Business Development Roles

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing business deals with corporates and brands, managing key client accounts, and taking ownership of account profitability.

  • Achieving sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Targeting decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.

You will lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creating winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
  • Staying ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
  • Partnering with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery — logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements for the role include:

  • 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
