  • Track vehicle drivers for all shifts.
  • Supervise transport vendors and vehicles.
  • Monitor inter-office shuttle services.
  • Log arrival and departure times, generating reports.
  • Plan weekly and Sunday transports.
  • Arrange vehicles for events and update notice boards.
  • Handle helpdesk calls and driver compliance checks.
  • Audit cab trip sheets and billing.
  • Share transport reports and occupancy levels.
  • Monitor parking yards and shift vehicles.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and drivers.
  • Meet with vendor managers and share MOM updates.
  • Attend committee meetings and share transport accruals.
  • Follow up on transport payments and invoices.
  • Handle employee queries and direct them to vendors.
  • Monitor lady employee pickups and drops.
  • Enforce employee compliance and update action logs.
  • Approve additional vehicle increases or decreases.
  • Set up new locations and plan shuttle deployments.
  • Induct vehicles and drivers.
