Job Description

As a senior executive in transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless end-to-end transport coverage for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and cost-effective transportation services, ensuring that each vehicle departs at the designated time and records start times and kilometre readings accurately.

You will also maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk, providing call logging services and addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents to the transport team and communicate with them via radio when necessary.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across various departments, particularly with the transport team at the client's facility. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with vendor supervisors and keep records of important transport-related contact numbers.

As an analytical professional, your skills will be essential in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from any field with three to five years of experience in transport management within a BPO setting
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and monitoring improvement programs
