Drive Business Growth
As a Category Revenue Planning Manager at Mondelēz International, you will play a key role in driving business growth and category leadership for Mondelez India. Your responsibilities will include leading chocolate category growth and share, preparing and closing business plans for each brand, and managing trade budgets and monthly schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Chocolate Category growth & share for Mondelez India
- Preparation and closure of business plans for each of the brands
- Responsible for Innovation and PPA plans
- Responsible for activation plans including Valentine's, Rakhi, Diwali, Rural Activation
- Management of Trade Budgets and Monthly Schemes for all of the brands and SKUs
- Performance analytics
- Playing a significant role in the Integrated Business Planning process
Requirements
- Category development, key accounts and market insight analysis and delivering growth through category leadership
- Having a future-focused mindset, demonstrating curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business plans
- Delivering strategic plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Influence stakeholders and interacting effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field is a distinct advantage
