About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team in driving revenue growth, analysing FMCG product trends, and owning new product creation pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product R&D, and Operations, to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse channel-wise performance (Aggregators, D2C, Corporate Sales) and optimise strategies for each.
- Identify high-performing products and develop channel-specific pricing and promotion strategies.
- Monitor and improve metrics like GMV, LTV, and AOV.
- Identify new channels to unlock the next stage of growth.

FMCg Insights
- Use data from Point of Sales, Shopify, and HubSpot to track market trends and product performance.
- Benchmark our portfolio against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create campaigns that align with consumer behaviour and trends.

New Product Creation Pipeline
- Collaborate with the Product R&D team to conceptualise and launch innovative products based on data insights.
- Partner with Marketing and Finance to develop go-to-market strategies that balance creativity and profitability.
- Monitor the success of new product launches and recommend adjustments to optimise sales.

Operational Optimization
- Ensure inventory alignment with sales forecasts to minimise wastage.
- Streamline order management and optimise operational metrics like delivery times and order fulfilment rates.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in revenue management, product development, or data analytics, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or retail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
