Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at POWER BRIDGE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  2. Sourcing Candidates - Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  3. Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Scheduling Interviews - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  5. Offer Management - Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary.
  6. Onboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team.
  7. Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  8. Data Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  9. Employer Branding - Promote the company's employer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates.
  10. Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
  • Skills - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills - Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates for cultural fit.
  • Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Organization - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Discretion - High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements
Able to work independently, remotely from home and on company premises in Bangalore, Fluent in Spoken and Written English, Able to work EMEA & APAC office hours, Intermediate IT skills, 2+ years experience working in an IT environment, Asset management experience, Windows & MacOS operating system experience, Knowledge of the ITIL reference model is preferable.
