We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring and recruitment operations and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  3. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  5. Offer Management: Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary.
  6. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  9. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates.
  10. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
  3. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  4. Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates for cultural fit.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
