We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to join our core technology team. As a key member of our strategic team, you will contribute to critical decisions shaping the direction of our platform and driving its growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing high-scale cloud-based systems and services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software products
• Managing and mentoring a team of talented technologists
• Developing and executing technology roadmaps and project deliverables

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering processes, design knowledge, and architecture intelligence
• Strong technology acumen, with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new domains
