Exit Interview Specialist

The position of Exit Interview Specialist is a critical component of our organization's employee lifecycle management. As an integral part of the team, this role entails overseeing the exit process for departing employees, conducting structured interviews, and gathering feedback to enhance retention and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests through designated mailboxes and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient processing.
- Update pertinent tools and systems with employee responses to maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees in a professional and respectful manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and facilitate objective discussions to foster a positive work environment.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and publish regular reports on transactions processed to inform business decisions.
- Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and work collaboratively as an individual contributor or team player.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes and related activities.
- Strong knowledge of exit interview call handling and excellent communication/listening skills.
- Ability to present data logically and effectively handle client-facing interactions.
- Previous experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfers is highly valued.
