Award-Winning HR Specialist Wanted for Core Operations

About the Job:

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee end-to-end HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Management
  • Comprehensive recruitment cycle management (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop strategic plans

HR Functions & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRMS data, and documentation
  • Managing employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes to ensure seamless transitions
  • Handling attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and resolution

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensuring statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other relevant regulations
  • Supporting HR audits and policy implementation to maintain a compliant work environment

Performance Management:

  • Assisting in appraisal cycles and employee performance tracking to drive growth and development
  • Ensuring timely feedback and performance discussions to support employee success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (Mandatory)
  • 5-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in SME/Corporate setups
  • Prior exposure to working as an individual contributor and handling end-to-end HR responsibilities
