
Organizational Culture Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the company culture and workforce strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. They will be responsible for effectively onboarding new employees, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related conflicts or concerns, providing support and guidance to leaders and management. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including vendors, finance teams, and team members.
A critical aspect of this role is creating and implementing policies that reflect the organization's vision, mission, and values. You will also be responsible for drafting and adding policies to the organizational handbook, as well as strategizing programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews, manage off-boarding processes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute people processes from start to finish. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees on their first day and introduce them to the organization culture and policies.
- Manage onboarding processes, including asset and access-related tasks.
- Conduct background verification processes for new hires in partnership with vendors.
- Check in with new and existing employees periodically to ensure high happiness and productivity indexes.
- Partner with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
- Be the central point of contact for the team by answering questions related to policies or culture.
- Develop and maintain all communication related to the HR team, including email templates, policies, engagement activity announcements, etc.
- Partner with leaders to draft policies and add them to the organizational handbook, reflecting vision, mission, and values.
- Strategize programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes end-to-end.
- Issue letters and emails for the team as needed.
- Plan team offsites/workations and manage logistics end-to-end.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strategize and execute people processes from start to finish.
- Negotiate with vendors to close and maintain end-to-end partnerships.
- Coordinate and process salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within TATs.
- Vet paperwork and contracts related to the role as needed.
- Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
