Job Summary

The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating manpower planning and organizational structuring at manufacturing facilities.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill vacancies at the manufacturing facilities.
  • Safeguard employee files and maintain accurate records of all employees and FTEs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, adhering to defined procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with various legislations and implement digitization of compliances.
  • Manage labour contractors and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5-6 years leading plant HR activities.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations

  • Strategically plan and structure manpower needs for manufacturing facilities, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to efficiently fulfill vacancies.
  • Cultivate positive employee relations and handle grievances.

Labour Compliance and Regulatory Audits

  • Ensure statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities and offices.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and coordinate with lawyers and labour law consultants as needed.
