Job Title: Director – Learning and Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Inspiring Learning Experiences: Develop holistic programs that integrate leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention strategies.
  • Create Scalable Solutions: Craft tailored training initiatives that foster continuous learning and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Lead High-Impact Training Initiatives: Facilitate communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills training that yields tangible results.
  • Foster Collaborative Ecosystems: Develop frameworks for effective stakeholder partnerships and ensure seamless alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Optimize LMS Management: Ensure efficient access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Utilize participant feedback and ROI analysis to gauge the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor Team Members: Guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies to enhance their expertise.
