About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR leader to spearhead Human Resources strategy and operations across large, multi-site project-based environments. The role will be pivotal in driving workforce effectiveness, cultural integration, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR strategy across - workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning

- Drive - change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation- across corporate and project sites.

- Oversee - Industrial Relations (IR), labor compliance, and site-level HR operations- , ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and project timelines.

- Partner with the leadership team and CXOs to - enhance employee engagement, retention, and capability-building programs

- Manage and mentor - HRBP teams across multiple project locations- to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

- Build a culture of - trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement- within the HR function and across the organization.

Key Requirements:

- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with proven exposure in large, project-based, multi-site setups.

- Strong expertise in HR strategy, Industrial Relations (IR), labor laws, compliance, and site HR management

- Demonstrated ability to - partner with senior leadership/CXOs- and influence organizational decision-making.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute (preferred).
