State Head Business Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead state-level operations in the role of State Head for business development. This key position requires a strategic leader with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of government processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role managing state-level operations, preferably in the government sector. Strong knowledge and experience in government tendering processes, including preparation, submission, and negotiations, is essential.

  • Tendering Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in government tendering processes.
  • Government Liaison: Proven experience in liaising with government officials and handling public sector relationships.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage diverse workgroups, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with senior government officials.

Responsibilities include leading and managing state-level operations, identifying business opportunities within government, driving business growth, handling government tendering processes, liaising with government officials, and ensuring smooth team operations.
