Community Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist will be responsible for cultivating a dynamic and inclusive environment within our co-working space. This includes coordinating events, managing member relationships, ensuring smooth operations of the space, and promoting our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the space remains well-maintained, with efficient operational processes in place
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools, with a focus on creative strategy and execution
  • Previous experience in a community or customer-facing role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong academic record
