Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to manage our online presence and engage with our audience across various social platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Foster a helpful, friendly, and interactive online community by starting conversations, answering queries, and acknowledging feedback.
  • Monitor customer reviews and user sentiment across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation roles and possess excellent written communication skills with a human, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone. Proficiency with visual tools to support engagement content creation is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Community Engagement & Online Reputation: Actively engage with followers, foster a helpful online community, and monitor customer reviews and user sentiment.
  • Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze conversations, sentiment, and engagement trends, prepare regular reports, and share learnings with internal teams.
