Executive Support Associate Job

As a key member of the executive team, this role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Coordination: Answering calls, directing them to the right person or department, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars for staff personnel.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizing files both physically and electronically, handling basic accounting duties, processing invoices, and monitoring expenses. Additionally, handling correspondence and making travel arrangements.
  • Event Planning: Supporting meeting and event planning, including creating agendas and taking minutes.
  • General Office Chores: Performing general office tasks like ordering supplies.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, adaptability, discretion, and integrity when dealing with confidential material.
Education and Experience:
  • Qualification: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: 5 years to 12 years.
