Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Support Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills, with a proven track record of handling support tasks, frontend issue resolution, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing frontend-related support tickets. They will distribute tasks to team members based on skillset and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • Providing hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues efficiently.
  • Assisting team members with complex problems and providing technical guidance.

Leadership and Team Coordination:

  • Leading and mentoring a small team of frontend support executives.
  • Monitoring progress and providing performance feedback.
  • Ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.

Client Communication:

  • Communicating effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with clear, professional correspondence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets.
  • Experience in team coordination and task delegation.
  • Knowledge of basic PHP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho.
