**Our Needs**
- We seek an experienced Client Services Manager with a strong recruitment background to join our team.
This role involves managing client relationships within our MSP program, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, coordinate with our recruitment team to source and place candidates, and ensure exceptional service that meets client expectations and SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in client services within the Contingent Workforce & MSP space, as well as the staffing industry. They should possess knowledge of clients' needs in technical verticals and environments, demonstrated track records of achieving targeted account fill ratios and delivery metrics, and experience managing multiple priorities and projects.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSP clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal recruitment teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Conduct client scorecard reviews
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven experience in client services within the Contingent Workforce & MSP space, as well as the staffing industry.
- Knowledge of clients' needs in technical verticals and environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving targeted account fill ratios and delivery metrics.
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and projects.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting client presentations, particularly for driving scorecard discussions.
Salary Information
Based on national averages and industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a stable base salary with opportunities for bonuses within a robust incentive structure based on performance.
