Job Title: Hardware Sales Executive

Our organization seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive business development and growth in the government, public sector, and defence markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for hardware and IT solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSU representatives, and defence organizations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
  • Stay updated on government procurement policies, e-tendering processes, and IT hardware requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • BE/B.Tech in Electronics with an MBA (desired).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales, particularly in the government and defence sectors.
  • Strong track record of handling complex sales transactions and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware solutions, procurement processes, and industry trends.
