Data Governance Lead Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced IT professional to develop and implement governance frameworks, service management operations, and compliance initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industry standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000.
  • Responsibilities include leading and managing IT governance frameworks and operations, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.
  • Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
