IT Governance SpecialistThe IT Governance Specialist is responsible for leading the organization's compliance program, ensuring that all IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations. This role involves implementing and managing a strong IT Governance program, handling both internal and external IT processes, and maintaining a deep understanding of commonly used governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.In this position, you will prepare schedules for periodic reporting, develop operational metrics and reporting activities to continually report on compliance for operational and executive leadership. Additionally, you will work with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to ensure risk readiness for the entire IT landscape and serve as an advisor to process owners, providing expertise and influencing decisions regarding governance and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Program Leadership: Lead the organization-wide compliance program, ensuring that all IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • IT Governance Program Implementation: Implement and manage a strong IT Governance program, handling both internal and external IT processes, and maintaining a deep understanding of commonly used governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Risk Readiness: Work with the ERM team to ensure risk readiness for the entire IT landscape.
  • Advisory Services: Serve as an advisor to process owners, providing expertise and influencing decisions regarding governance and compliance.
  • Policy Development: Create, review, and update IT Audit policies & procedures and standards documents.
