Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Pension Fund Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Accurate PF Challans: Develop and implement efficient processes for generating accurate EPF challans within specified timelines.
  • PF Reconciliation and Account Management: Reconcile PF-related accounts and transactions promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Employee Query Resolution: Provide timely and effective responses to employee queries regarding PF benefits, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Contribution Calculation and Quality Control: Calculate Employee Provident Fund contributions with precision and conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy in PF operations.
  • Statutory Reporting: Prepare and file statutory reports on time, adhering to regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Employees Provident Funds Act and allied statutes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing the candidate to navigate complex PF operations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
