About Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled invoicing specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner. This includes entering invoices into customer invoicing websites, submitting invoices by electronic data interchange, and understanding key areas on invoicing specific to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers with accurate information
  • Meet invoice delivery timelines to ensure prompt payment
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites for seamless processing
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange for efficient communication
  • Understand key areas on invoicing specific to customers for effective resolution
  • Evaluate supporting documents and backups for attached invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Update invoice submission status in Navision for transparent tracking
  • Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as references for future reference
  • Work closely with payroll and invoicing teams to accelerate the invoice submission process for improved efficiency
  • Send out statements of accounts to customers for clear communication
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets and resolve any mismatches in billing/payment to ensure AR hygiene
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit rebills efficiently
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for complete invoicing processes account-wise and update them timely for continuous improvement
