Key Responsibilities
  • Sanctions Compliance Expertise: Develop and implement effective sanctions compliance strategies for clients worldwide.
  • Compliance Tools and Resources: Oversee the development of compliance tools and resources, addressing industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, targeting Southeast Asia and Europe.
  • Due Diligence Initiatives: Support due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external providers to ensure seamless execution.
Project Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Training Material Development: Coordinate the creation of customized training materials, including case studies, checklists, e-learning modules, and blended learning content.
  • Workshop and Webinar Implementation: Manage the implementation of workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Associate Membership Model: Operationalize the Associate Membership model for the region, encompassing onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
