Artificial Intelligence Governance Specialist

The Artificial Intelligence Governance Specialist will be responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Privacy Control Management: Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data, enforcing zero-retention policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Compliance Reporting and Monitoring: Deliver comprehensive audit logs and reports to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, analyzing OpenAI usage metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • AI Application Security: Implement robust guardrails, moderation tools, and safety layers to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing technical issues.
  • Model Performance Optimization: Track and analyze model performance metrics, comparing GPT-4 and GPT-4o mini, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and deliver regular reports to leadership.
  • Prompt Engineering: Optimize prompt engineering to balance cost and performance trade-offs, ensuring optimal results and minimizing waste.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring continuous operation of AI tools.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic; strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Security: Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
